Missing Manage Subscriptions - Outlook.com

Hi,

I'm trying to manage my email subscriptions on Outlook.com - I've seen posts and tutorials on the web advising that I can manage my subscriptions through clicking on Subscriptions under Settings; however, when I click into Settings the last option under the Mail tab is Automatic Replies and Subscriptions doesn't appear.

I have a Microsoft 365 account and I'm using Edge, so I'm really not sure why it's missing.

Have Microsoft moved the Manage Subscriptions feature?

Thanks,

Jack

I have the same issue. Is there a reason Subscriptions is available for others yet I don't have it.

Settings - Mail - ... no subscriptions option.

    Hi,

Many thanks for your response. I’ve tried all of the steps that you’ve suggested and I’m still encountering this problem. Just to clarify, I’m trying to manage subscriptions linked to my email address and not my 365 subscription plan.

    Thanks,

    Jack
