Internet explorer crashing for few users

Question

Internet explorer keeps crashing for few particular users. If we reconfigure windows profile it works for few days and issue arises again.
I have got few logs from event viewer and pasting below

Answer

Make sure you have update your Windows.
In case you installed any add-ons or extensions try to disable them.
If the problem persist, check on Clean Boot:

In case the issue not reproduced, then enable services one by one and see which one causing the problem.

Hi,
Have you tried running IE in safe mode to see if it will load?
Fault Module Name:ActiveSD.dll
Activeds.dll is a module that contains functions and object methods, or COM components, for the Active Directory Services Interfaces (ADSI) API.
If activeds.dll gives you error, system process issues are mainly a result of conflicting applications running on your PC. Consider uninstalling any applications you are not using. Then reboot your computer.

Also, try safe mode run: iexplore -extoff
Then Disable the extensions one at a time to discover which one is the problem.

the dll looks like 3rd party software:
C:\Program Files (x86)\Common Files\SOFTPRO\Shared\ActiveSD.dll
so perhaps the crashes stop when you uninstall it.

btw.: I hope you are not surfing internet while you have a no longer supported Java Plugin installed:
C:\Program Files (x86)\Java\jre7\
or your system is probably already infected by malware.
Support for Java 7 ended years ago.

There error code indicated that there was an unhandled exception during a user callback.

Consider upgrading Windows 10 from 1803 > 21H1

If there were upgrade failures they may be able to be troubleshooted.
