    Hello,

I re made my signature and made sure not space after my signature. I noticed on thing, I have hubspot add-in installed in my Outlook New. When I reply to an email without using add-in, I face no issue but when I hit reply to an email, go to apps from top ribben -> click on hubspot, cursors goes to the bottom on an email. I uninstalled and re-installed add-in but still same issue. I am not facing this issues with my Outlook classic but I really prefer to use Outlook New.

Please help me fix this bug.

    Thank you

    Dear Jonathan Gorenstein,

Thank you for reaching out regarding the issue in Outlook. We’d like to share some quick solutions to help fix the problem where the cursor appears below the email signature when replying to a message:

Option 1: Add Blank Space Above Your Signature

    1. Go to File > Options > Mail.
    2. Click on Signatures….
    3. In the signature editor, press Enter a few times above the first line of your signature to add blank space.
    4. Click OK to save.

This ensures the cursor appears above the signature, allowing you to start typing right away.

    Option 2: Disable Auto-Signature for Replies/Forwards

    1. Go to File > Options > Mail > click Signatures….
    2. Under Choose default signature, for Replies/forwards, select (none).
    3. Click OK to save.

With this option, you can manually insert your signature after typing your reply, giving you better control over the layout.

If the issue persists after trying the steps above, I suggest reaching out to Microsoft’s advanced support team by submitting a request through their official support portal:
    https://support.microsoft.com/contactus

We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused and truly appreciate your patience as we work to find a resolution. Hopefully, this will be resolved promptly.

    Best regards,
