Not receiving verification code

It’s been days I’m trying to sign into my minecraft launcher, while signing in minecraft launcher I have entered the correct email that I’m currently using. After that they told me to check my email to see if I have the verification code, I checked every inboxes , junks , everything but I can’t find the verification code. Other than that, I’m trying to add Authenticator to my outlook account and it appears the same thing, telling me to check my email and also no verification code shows up in my inbox. There’s no other login options, it only send verification codes. I tried adding my phone number but it says it’s not supported. I know all my informations about my account. Help

    Hello,

    Thank you for posting this issue in community forum.

    It looks like you are not receiving the verification email, first try in private/incognito mode.

    • Log in tothe account.microsoft.com with your username and password.
    • Go to Security > Manage how I sign in to Microsoft and re-enter your password if prompted.
    • Turn on two-step verification and complete the setup.
    • Set up the Microsoft Authenticator app.
    • Turn off two-step verification after you set up the authenticator.
