How to have a search bar that contains a downloaded database on excel. This is for my calorie tracker

I have an excel downloaded with all the types of foods with the calories proteins fats carbs etc. And I want to be able for people to search things up and add them to their diet rather than needing to add foods manually and items in themselves. I looked at something called SQLITE databases which seems to be manually adding in items to create a database. But that's not quite what I'm looking for. Any links or help will be much appreciated
