Hello,
It seems like your display driver is incompatible with new update. You need to check with your device manufacturer, if they have released updated display drivers for Version 20H2.

Failed Feature Update - Windows 10 version 20H2

I have tried installing the Feature update to Windows 10, version 20H2 several times, and while it installs successfully, the desktop once logged in, displays only black screens, with no options. The only way around this is to restart with options (shift+restart) and uninstall this latest update.
Is there another option for updating Win10?

You could try to use Windows 10 Update Assistant to update your Windows 10 to the latest version to see if the issue still existed. The Update Assistant can help you update to the latest version of Windows 10.

If the issue still existed, I would agree with KapilArya's opinion, you could contact the display driver manufacturer for further troubleshooting.
