
Do you mean you cannot join Skype for Business meeting via Skype for Business Meeting App in Google browser?
Have you tried to change another browser to see if it has the same issue?
In this document, I found the same problem like yours. This problem occurs because, by default, the updated version of Google Chrome deprecates and disables support for the Netscape Plugin API (NPAPI). When NPAPI is disabled, the webpage cannot determine whether you have the client installed. As a workaround, you could try to update the CU to the latest to see if can be fixed.
