Excel Worksheet - insert line

I'm trying to insert lines into a large worksheet (but not that large) - and it give me an error that reads "Microsoft Excel can't insert new cells because it would pushnon-empty cells off the end of the worksheet.  These cells might appear empty but have blank values, some formatting or a formula.  Delete enough rows or columns to make room for what you want to insert and then try again".  I can't delete rows as information needs to be on this sheet for the entire month.

Thanks!

Press CTRL+END to quickly go to the cell in the last row and column that contains data. You might find that there is some data that has been accidentally added to the very last possible row or column allowed in the worksheet. This might have occurred by accidentally copying data across an entire row or down an entire column. Try deleting unnecessary rows from the bottom of the worksheet or from the far right of the worksheet.
