"Submit another response" link in Microsoft Forms is missing

Question

I have multiple quizzes in Microsoft forms that are set up to receive multiple responses from each person. Previously, the student could "submit another response" by choosing this link at the bottom of their graded quiz. Now, this link is missing!

I am using Window 10 and internet explorer to access the Forms quiz.

I created a quiz to test and the Submit another response works fine if I unselect One response per person. Since we can't repro, could you please open that form and click More form settings(three points icon)>Settings, and check whether One response per person is unselected**?**If the setting is right for that quiz, please try to share again to see the outcome. Additionally, you may create a new quiz to check whether this behavior persists with it.

Let me add more information:

 I have a quiz that needs to be manually graded because I cannot figure out how to have partial credit applied to the questions automatically. In order for the student to see their final graded quiz, I have to post their scores. When the student returns to the original link to the quiz, they see their graded quiz. When you scroll to the bottom of the quiz, the following is seen:

When you select the link "Go back to thank you page" the same page loads. I can never get a screen with the "Submit another response" link.

In contrast, if I do NOT POST the score and allow the system to automatically grade the quiz, the Thank you page appears with a link to "submit another response".

AND I definitely do not have the "one response per person" selected. This glitch only started in the last 2-3 days. Up to then, I had multiple responses and could post without any issues resubmitting the quiz.

Thanks a lot for your update.

My understanding is that after you received the response and posted the score, it won't go back to the thank you page when the students click "Go back to thank you page" button. However, it worked previously.

If so, we would like to involve more resources to further investigate this behavior. Could you please contact your school IT department and shared your tenant info Private Message?
