WHY ARE MY PDFS SUDDENLY INSERTING SIDEWAYS AND WITH MESSED UP TEXT??

I have been using Microsoft OneNote on my iPad and air mac for over a year and it has been great!  Recently i have tried uploading "printouts" of my class slides (pdf form) into OneNote and it is completely messing them up.  It is not just inserting them sideways, but it is like the actual text, images, etc on the powerpoint slide is rotated sideways while the format of the slide itself stays landscape. ( I have inserted a picture to see because it is hard to describe).  Everything else i open the pdf in, iAnotate, preview, saved pdf, adobe pdf, etc, - they look fine. And then once I share them to OneNote boom they're sideways.  I have tried restarting my iPad, the app, deleting/reinstalling the app, and everything I can think of with no success. Please help.

I have the same problem but with an iPad. I download the PDF straight to one note and it inserts sideways. What can I do to fix this?

    Hi Jackson,

I'm Anna, an Independent Advisor trying to help.

If your PDF file opens in Adobe, or another program to print out the PDF file, change the print settings in that program (e.g. adobe) to print pages out how you prefer them.

My settings are currently on Actual Size, and Auto Portrait/Landscape. Fiddle around with the settings to see if anything changes.

    I hope this helps you.

    Best Regards,
    Anna
