Excel start Screen size issue

Dear Support Team,

I have display issue as above screen shot showing, with all products of Microsoft office 365 proplus. Please help me in this regard.

    I'm not sure what your problem is. This is the Start splash screen.

    You can turn it off.

    Doing so is undher File Options.

    This is normal view but in my case home, new and open tab is larger, rest of all things is working normal only i have scroll problem to see the rest of menu items

    The first screen you show is the Splash screen to open the program without any document already open. Here is my File (Backstage) view with the program open.
