Back up failed for server GAATLDTACO\SQLEXPRESS (Microsoft.SqlServer.SmoExtended)

System.Data.SqlClient.SqlError:Cannot use the backup file C:\Program files (x86)Microsoft SQL Server\MSSQL.11.SQLEXPRESS\MSSQL\BACKup\ContinuumDB.bak because it was originally formatted with sector size 512 and is now on a device with sector size 4096. (Microsoft.SQLServer.SMO Does anyone have information on how I can change the sectors or another way I can perform a back up of the system?
