Failure to redeem Vouche - Microsoft Ignite 2019 - São Paulo

Guys, I attended the Microsoft Ignite 2019 event in São Paulo

and won a voucher, but it's displaying the message below: There are no eligible offers available for the exam and selected credentials. Make sure you've used the correct event registration credentials and selected a qualifying exam.

I've tried with my hotmail account and my corporate account (The same one I used to register with Ignite), both display the same
message.

could someone help me
