Hello,
Earlier I had to reset my laptop for some reason and I had pressed reset sync to make sure the cloud backup of my passwords was up to date. After resetting, I am not able to see any saved passwords (all other things like bookmarks, extension and collections are synced). I can see all my passwords in Microsoft Authenticator app on my phone but it is not syncing with edge on pc. Is there any way to force sync/ export-import my passwords ?

How do you store the passwords?
Do you use a profile in Edge, and login the profile with an account and turn on the sync before you reset the laptop? If so, the passwords in Edge will be stored in that account. Resetting laptop won't remove the passwords. You can login Edge profile with that account after resetting and you can find the passwords by navigating to edge://settings/passwords, under Saved passwords.
Besides, you say the passwords are in Microsoft Authenticator. Could you please login Edge profile with the same account as you using in Microsoft Authenticator? If you're using the same account, the passwords in Microsoft Authenticator and Edge profile will be sync.

It seems Authenticator will only sync Personal microsoft accounts which is a shame it will also not allow you to sync other profiles into authenicator. :-(
