Hello! I'm trying to access the responses to one of my Forms but which I click 'Responses', the page loads for a second then goes white/blank. The form is open so folks outside my organisation can fill and submit. Grateful for assistance with this!

I'm sorry if the steps on the support article didn't work. It seems that the issue is complex than what I expected.

Hi Louie, thanks for your response! Unfortunately the Responses page goes blank so I can't select anything from the page as suggested on the link. If you take a look at the image I attached in the initial post, you'd see that nothing shows up.
