Offline SharePoint Document Libraries

Hello.

Is there a way to force document libraries/files to always be offline for anyone who has access to them?

I can configure them for my own device but I have a team of people who I would like to set this up for, without making them sync the files or make them select make available offline for each folder individually.

Can I force offline as a setting for SharePoint folders?

Thanks.

Hi CarlyShakes,

I go through the post carefully, based on the descriptions, May I know if you want to set up How user sync SharePoint folder and set up Always keep on this devices for other users, so that the folders are download to local automatically. If so, you may set up this for users with commands, please check the links below for more info:

For Windows: Set Files On-Demand states in Windows - OneDrive | Microsoft Docs

For Mac: Set Files On-Demand states on Mac - OneDrive | Microsoft Docs

If there are any misunderstanding, could you please share more details with us?

Regards,

Clark
