Purchase Cloud PC 365 failed

Hello Microsoft,

I tried to buy windows 365 cloud pc from https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/windows-365/business/compare-plans-pricing,  I have entered my existing M365 email account, but it shows seems you already have Microsoft 365, please signin.  Yes, I have Microsoft 365 Business premium, but I need Cloud PC, can you please help?  Also I have four users, should I buy for Cloud PCs? Or I could shared the same cloud pc within four users for coporation?

If you already have Microsoft 365 Business email account, as far as I know we could directly purchase windows 365 cloud pc license from Microsoft 365 Admin Center > Billing > purchase services. It requires you have billing admin or global admin rights to purchase windows 365 cloud pc license. Moreover, windows 365 cloud pc is user-based license product, this means every user who need windows 365 cloud pc must be assigned valid cloud pc license, so you would need purchase four cloud pc licenses for your users, and the single cloud pc cannot be shared with multiple users, thanks. For your reference https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/windows-365/faq >> Windows 365 allows one user per license and doesn't support multiple users on a single Cloud PC.
