Has anyone made an Access Database to log visitors to a building and export a report of who is logged onsite for Fire Safety?

I did one for my previous employer. Because we were subject to some US govt regs. we had to keep a close tab on Visitors. When I got that they were using Word documents. I developed an Access app that listed the company or organization that was visiting, a list of the persons visiting, including their positions. It also listed any conference rooms that were being reserved, whether lunch needed to be ordered and (for foreign visitors) whether we needed to fly their country's flag on our flagpole. It also printed name tags for the visitors.

The app then e-mailed a report to all concerned and recorded the visit in a log.

Probably a bit of overkill for your needs, but if you need some help developing an app, I'd be happy to help.

Probably. Sounds like a reasonable use for a relational database application.
