I'm having the same problem @Jade Liang-MSFT
I do not get “Acceptance” or “Declined” emails when I send out meeting requests in mac Outlook
I am using Outlook for Mac (Mac book Air)connected to a Gmail account. I send out a calendar invite, whether through Outlook or through Google Calendar. The other person either accepts the invite or rejects it. An email stating that invitation acceptance or rejection is sent back to me.
Here's the problem, the email response does not show up in Outlook Mail. I can see the email in Gmail. I can see the acceptance in Outlook Calendar. However, there is no email visible in Outlook Mail.
Please see this video for demonstration of the problem: (remove the link for security)
Any thoughts on how to resolve this issue?
FYI, I have already tried the below steps:
- Updated the Outlook & Mac OS version to the latest
- Reinstalled the both Outlook & macOS
- Removed the account & reconfigured it
- Deleted the old profile and created the new profile
- Tried configuring the same account with different mac device, its perfectly working fine.

2022-03-23T14:40:31.997+00:00 I noticed this issue is "fixed" in the "New Outlook" (v16.59) but the issue still occurs in the Legacy Outlook user interface (which I prefer). This backs up the claim that it is something in Outlook not on the user's computer. Will you fix it in the Legacy version?

Please kindly understand our forum is an open platform, so I removed the link to hide your personal information for security.
For your disappearing meeting response, in order to avoid the filter and view settings in your Outlook client, it's recommended to first check your filter settings and clear all filters to check if the issue has any differences after that:
If the issue still exists, according to your video, I noticed that the icon in your message is defferent from others like below, due to environment limit, I couldn't test on same G-suite account and know little about the relevant setting, as a suggestion, in order to avoid the interference of any incorrect configuration of this account in your Outlook and further confirm if the issue is related to the Outlook function, it's recommeded to configure other account(such as personal gmail account or others) and perform same tests to check if the issue could be reproduced there.
If your issue has any update, please feel free to post back.
