Microsoft Forms question

When people are scanning my qr code for my micorsoft forms survey they are being asked to login even though I have it set to everyone can respond no log-in required

    Good day! Thank you for posting to Microsoft Community. We are happy to help you.

    Generally, Microsoft Form doesn't ask for login if you share the Form with Anyone link/code but since you mentioned it's asking to login for submitting the responses, I would like to suggest you re-download the Form code and see whether it asks to login:

    Open the Form in the browser> Collect Responses> Make sure to select Anyone can respond> Go to the Barcode> Dowload it

    If the same problem persists, can you please find whether the problem happens if you share the link instead of barcode? Moreover, please check whether the problem happens with specific Form or all Forms?
