How do I create a workflow within a Microsoft form.

I have created a Microsoft Form and would like it to have a workflow.

The 1st 3 sections of the form are for a team member to complete.

The 4th section is for their nominated manager (as listed in part of the form) to approve or decline.

I would then like the workflow to go to an email account with both sections complete.

How do I do this?

Thanks

    Hi Naomi,

Greetings! Thank you for posting to Microsoft Community.

With Microsoft Power Automate, you can create a flow for Microsoft Forms that performs one or more tasks automatically after it's triggered by an event.
