Open CMD and type the following command:
msdt.exe -id DeviceDiagnostic
Run Hardware troubleshooter to diagnose and repair issue.
Uninstall your camera from Device Manager, remove camera, reboot computer, re-detect camera in Device Manger.
Enter safe mode and execute a full scan by Windows Defender or your own security software.
