Microsoft Forms missing form responses

Question

Hi, Would like to ask if anybody has ever received an issue where they submitted a form and the form was not received by the form creator? I currently have a survey where I am tracking the number of responses for specific individuals. However, some people claimed to have submitted the responses, but my excel online file synced to the form does not show the allegedly submitted responses. Has anyone ever faced this issue before and have any idea how to find the missing responses?

Good day!! Thanks for posting your concern in this Microsoft Community.

Per the description shared, I understand your concern and would like to confirm with you whether you are able to see the responses that are not synced to the responses Excel workbook in the responses tab of the Microsoft Form.

Open the Form in the Microsoft Forms> Responses tab> See whether the responses that are synced to the Excel workbook is present.

If not, the responders who claims that they submitted responses didn’t submit the responses successfully and you can ask them to resubmit the responses again.

If it’s displaying in the Responses tab but not in the responses Excel workbook, we would like to know whether you have connected your Excel responses workbook to the Power Automate flow or made any changes?
