Microsoft Workplace Program

Hello,

I am trying to purchase 365 through my workplace discount. My work email is ___@___.___, but I used my personal Microsoft account to download it; that email address is ___@___.___.

I have my son set up under that email for the XBox, so it's saying I'm not old enough to purchase. Please advise ASAP.

Also, will I be able to download it on my Mac?

Thanks,

Ashley Owens

    Hi Ashley

I'm AnnaThomas and I'd happily help you with your question. In this Forum, we are Microsoft consumers just like yourself.

To take advantage of this program, you can visit the Microsoft Workplace Discount Program page, enter your work email address, and follow the instructions to see if you qualify. If you are eligible, an email will be sent to your work email address inbox with a link that will validate your eligibility for the program.

Regarding the account used by your son, if the date of birth doesnt say an adult, you might have to use another personal account or had another personal account

As for your question about downloading it on a Mac, yes, Microsoft 365 is compatible with Macs.

I hope this helps ;-), let me know if this is contrary to what you need, I would still be helpful to answer more of your questions.

    Best Regards,

    AnnaThomas
