Sharing a draft between community administrators

Hello,

We'd like to share our "draft" among the community administrators. But at the moment we've worked out how to create a "draft", but we can't see the drafts of the other administrators. Do you have any ideas on how to do this?

    Hi respected Staelen Matthieu,

Thanks for your valuable feedback and sharing updates with us and I really appreciate your effort and your precious time doing.

And I appreciate your kind words.

In Viva Engage, the ability to share drafts among multiple users is not a native feature. The image you've linked shows a user interface where a user can write and schedule posts(draft is saved to the scheduled posts page), but it does not imply that drafts can be shared directly among multiple users within the platform.

Also, if you find our information helpful, you can also use the feedback tool below our reply to submit your feedback for us (pictured below), which will definitely help others in the community who are experiencing similar problems to find solutions to their problems more quickly.

If there is any issue related with the Office applications in the future, please feel free to post back in this community.

We will be here for help.

Have a good day and stay safe 😊

Your understanding and patience will be highly appreciated. I hope that you are keeping safe and well!

    Sincerely,

    Waqas Muhammad

thank you very much for your answers. to be sure, when you look at this image https://support.content.office.net/en-us/media/*********-75*******7.png (available here Write and schedule posts, articles, and announcements in Viva Engage - Microsoft Support ), there seem to be several users on the same page. it's just to make sure my description is correct.

    Dear respected Staelen Matthieu,

Good day! Thank you for posting to Microsoft Community. We are happy to help you.

As per your description, I'm sorry and I'm sorry afraid, Yammer native functionality doesn't directly support sharing drafts between users.

We feel your pain due to this limitation and we’re really feel sorry for it. However, we appreciate your understanding.  I do understand the inconvenience and apologize for it.

However, as a workarounds you might consider set up a private group in Yammer specifically for administrators. Here, you can post drafts and discuss them. While this doesn't technically share a draft, it allows for a collaborative environment where drafts can be reviewed and commented on by other administrators.

Or , consider using a shared document in Microsoft Teams or SharePoint. You can create a document where all administrators can edit and view the content. This way, everyone can collaborate.

I'm sorry and I apologize for that.

Appreciate your patience and understanding and thank you for your time and cooperation.

    Sincerely,

    Waqas Muhammad
