Hi
I keep getting run-time error 1004 flashing up on every excell file, have tried reinstalled and its bloody annoying.
How can I tru this off please, Im on mac excell

This is due to a corrupt or incompatible add-in. Disabling or removing it will resolve the problem. I have no idea which add-in(s) you have installed but Adobe's are common causes. For example:
