Is there any way around the 30 day wait for profile updates with account recovery

my alternate email for my @Karima ben .com account was my previous company email. I've switched companies, when I logged in to change that email address, which is the one that is used to verify my identity, I don't have access to it, so it won't let me in, I did an account recover to change it to my cell phone number, but now it is saying I can't access for 30 days until it is updated. Is there any way around this?

2021-09-02T13:42:38.843+00:00 when in Hotmail, in top right, I click on MY ACCOUNT, then it asks me to log in again, across the top I select SECURITY, then Advanced security options (really does same thing for any of the options like password) I click on it, and I get "This site requires a security code to access" Originally it was sending a security code to a previous employers email address, which I don't have access to to get the code. So did account recover and changed it to my cell phone. Now it is showing this:
You can't access this site right now
This site requires a security code to sign in. When your security info updates on 9/30/2021 you will be able to access this site. You can still access sites such as Outlook and Skype that don't require a security code.
On 8/31/2021 you requested that your security info be replaced.Issue I'm having is I my @Karima ben account for my Azure environment, so when I try to log in and access my VMs I get this message as well, so can't get in...
