Old Speaker Verification API Deprecated?

Several months ago, I created a solution that relied upon the Speaker Verification API.
This week I signed up a customer and within the Azure Portal, it appears that there has been a major change in the API. Is there a way that I can make use of the legacy API until I can rewrite the solution?
