Microsoft Loop - Error - BlobNotFound

When attempting to print or PDF export a Microsoft Loop page, we receive the following error message:

This XML file does not appear to have any style information associated with it. The document tree is shown below.

BlobNotFound

Screenshot appended below.

We have attempted this several times on different machines and logins. Attempted logging out then back in. The issue persists.

Has anyone had a similar experience? Does anyone know how to resolve?

We are experiencing the same issue and have had no luck trying workaround solutions. The print and export features are crucial to our workflow. Please advise on when this feature will be restored.

    Thank you.

    Dear Alex,

Good day!! Thanks for posting your concern in this community~

As per the description shared, I understand your concern and I would like to convey that I have tested the behavior at my end, where I can reproduce the problem while perform Print & PDF export

I agree with the inconvenience caused while using Print & PDF export and I suggest you add your valuable feedback in the Loop · Community is the best place to share our ideas and improve the Microsoft products.

As a workaround, I would like to recommend you use the Print feature on the browser:

Open the Loop page in the Microsoft Loop> Click on the three dots at the top right of the browser> Print> Save as PDF> Save.

Appreciate your patience and understanding. Have a great day!!

    Best Regards,
    Sophia

    Hi Sophia,

It's worth noting that using the print feature on the browser renders the same result. There's no way around this and given it only started occurring over the past day, I would say there's a bug or outage somewhere.
