2025-07 Cumulative Update for Microsoft server operating system version 21H2 for x64-based Systems (KB5062572)

status:Pending restart

loops after restart

I already do standard fixes like:

deleting software distribution folder and catroot2

dism (uninstalling package, restore or sfc and chkdsk)

Any idea how i can fix it?
