I have tried many many ways to fix this issue, I googled and googled for one week now and I did all the recommendations that I have found on the internet and still, I cannot fix the remote desktop connection.
Please help, I don't know what to do anymore.
I have windows 10 pro version 2004.

1.what is the OS version of your server?
2.Which way do you use to connect remotely?msctsc?a rdp file?or others?
3.Do you have the RDS environment on your server?
4.Is there any error message?
5.Could you please check in your event log to see if there is any information related to this? -
