How can I handle two receive handlers correctly?

Hello,
I have a control application that receives information from two handlers

WPF - Desktop App ----- Handler1
------- Handler2

If I'm in handler 1, handler 2 will have to wait and reverse.

Is a locker object enough?

Could you show more description of your handlers? Are you going to bind two event handlers to the one control? What do you want to do with your locker object? Please describe your question more clearly and in detail.

I have two handler, both can modify my list.
Is 1 in progress, 2 should wait.
