Microsoft Action Pack free credits, what happens if I use up my free credits and have a payment method setup?

MS Action Pack allows me to use 75 GBP each month of azure services for free. If I go over my free credits will my credit card be charged the difference or the full amount?

    You will be charged for the difference, i.e. anything over the £75 credit you received.
