Dear @ariesandy, Thank you for reaching out to Microsoft Q&A forum. We are happy to assist.

The message shown in your image:

“Your organization has disabled this device. Contact your system administrator with error code 135011.”

means that the sign-in is being blocked by your organization’s Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD) device settings or Conditional Access policies. This is not caused by a problem with Microsoft 365 itself or your local Office installation.

    This typically happens when:

The device is marked as Disabled in Microsoft Entra ID, or your organization requires devices to be Azure AD joined or compliant via Intune, and this device does not meet that requirement.

Please contact your organization’s IT administrator and ask them to:

    • Check the device status in Microsoft Entra admin center > Devices
    • Re-enable the device if it is disabled
    • Review Conditional Access and Intune compliance policies applied to your account

If you are the administrator, you can follow Microsoft’s guidance here: Troubleshoot Microsoft Entra hybrid joined devices (Error code 135011)

Unfortunately, this cannot be fixed from the client side because it is controlled by organizational security policies.

If you need any further assistance, feel free to reach out. We're here to help. Thank you very much for your understanding and your cooperation.
