I have been using remote desktop for work for the past few months (Most recent Windows 10). Only recently I have had a black screen issue. I am able to connect and move icons around and interact, but only a black screen displays. A different user was able to RDP into my machine from a windows computer. There have been no updates to my mac or desktop that Im aware of. What would cause macs not to be able to RDP in but others are able? There is another known case of this at work for another mac user.

Ive looked through many forums and the fixes aren't applicable or don't work.
