I was trying to purchase a monthly subscription for Microsoft 365 Family plan but I keep getting the below error page (this happens after I've entered my card details.I had the Microsoft 365 Personal that I subscribed to via the Apple Store and since that cannot be changed, I cancelled the subscription today (5 March 2026 but still have access to it until 10 March 2026).I logged into my Microsoft account to manage my subscription and I can't change the plan (due me having the personal subscription via the Apple Store.)I tried to log out of all my accounts (Microsoft and AppleID) and retried to make a purchase but still get the error page. I even tried to login via an incognito window and still the same error. How can I fix this issue??
