Issue rescheduling exam

Hi,

I'm unable to reschedule my exam. I'm redirected to Pearson VUE and then I'm able to select new date and time, but when I'm trying to push the button on the the last step I get an error message:

"This appliation has encountered an unexpected problem. We apologize for the inconvenience. Please start over"

I have tried starting over, changing browser (edge, chrome etc.), clearing all microsoft cookies, chaning computor but I still recieve the same error. I was able to reschedule another exam, but not this specific exam. Can you help me?
