Hi i'm Jan, If none of the suggestion works and this just happen recently. Try the following suggestion.

Try to power reset the computer.

    Shutdown the computer.

Remove all external devices, external storage, controllers, and other USB devices.

unplug the computer for 20 seconds

Press and hold the power button for 20-30 seconds to turn off

then plug your power adapter for 30 seconds

    Plug the Ac adapter

    Then power on your computer

Then try to search and pair again the earbuds. If that didnt work, try to factory reset the OnePlus Buds 4. Check the OnePlus Buds 4 instruction manual or support on how to power reset the OnePlus Buds 4. Then try to search and pair again to your computer.

Try the following steps in Windows 11 to make the PC detect the OnePlus Buds 4:

    1. Make sure Bluetooth is turned on
      • Select Start > Settings > Bluetooth & devices.
      • Ensure the Bluetooth toggle is turned On.
      • Alternatively, open Quick Settings from the taskbar (select Network/Sound/Battery icon) and turn Bluetooth on there.
    2. Put the OnePlus Buds 4 into pairing mode
      • Ensure the buds are charged.
      • Place them in pairing mode according to the manufacturer’s instructions (typically by holding the case/button until the LED indicates pairing).
      • Keep them close to the PC while pairing.
    3. Change Bluetooth discovery to show more devices
      • Go to Start > Settings > Bluetooth & devices > Devices.
      • Under Device settings > Bluetooth devices discovery, select Advanced so Windows shows all types of Bluetooth devices.
      • Wait a few seconds and check if the buds appear in the list, then select them to pair.
    4. Turn Bluetooth off and on again
      • In Settings > Bluetooth & devices, turn Bluetooth off, wait about 10 seconds, then turn it back on.
      • Try searching for and pairing the buds again.
    5. Remove old or stuck Bluetooth entries (if the buds ever showed up before)
      • In Settings > Bluetooth & devices, if the OnePlus Buds 4 appear, select More options (…) > Remove device.
      • Then select Add device and pair them again.
    6. Run the Bluetooth troubleshooter
    7. Check for Windows updates and restart
      • Go to Start > Settings > Windows Update.
      • Select Check for updates and install any available updates.
      • Restart the PC: Start > Power > Restart, then try pairing again.

If the buds still do not appear after these steps, verify on another device (such as a phone) that they can enter pairing mode and be discovered, then repeat the pairing steps on the PC with the buds right next to it.
