level 2 discount

im a level 2 on the microsoft rewards and it says i have a discount for the xbox gift cards but when i go to it it shows a bar saying i need to earn more and i am unsure of what to do

    Hello anoymus,

    The Level 2 perk gives you up to 10% off when redeeming from Microsoft brands, so the price you're seeing on the gift card is the already-discounted amount. The catch is that the discount lowers the cost but doesn't change the fact that you still need enough points in your balance to cover that discounted price — that's likely why the bar is still telling you to earn more.

    Could you check your current point balance against the discounted price shown on the reward? If the balance is below that figure, the bar will keep showing "earn more" until you've earned the difference.

    If your balance is actually equal to or higher than the discounted price and it's still blocking you, let me know and we can look further (sometimes a quick sign-out / sign back in on rewards.bing.com refreshes the redemption state).
