Using more than one Microsoft account (for example, one with an Outlook address and another with a Gmail address) is allowed. However, Microsoft Rewards points cannot be merged between different Microsoft personal accounts, and Microsoft personal accounts themselves cannot be linked or combined into a single account.

For Rewards and other services, each Microsoft account is treated separately, even if one uses an Outlook email and another uses a Gmail email. Both can continue to be used side by side, but purchases, data, and points stay with the specific account where they were earned.

If a Gmail-based Microsoft account is no longer needed, it can be closed after confirming there is no important data or purchases on it. The Gmail address can then be added as an alias to the Outlook-based Microsoft account, but this does not transfer Rewards or other content.

Hello, good day and thanks for your question. Sorry to know about this and I understand that you have encountered an issue with your account.

Your account will not be suspended for doing searches in an appropriate manner not unless you are using a proxy or a VPN to do it. You may still be able to recover the account depending on the reason for the suspension. Microsoft typically suspends accounts for violating the Microsoft Rewards terms of service, such as using automated tools to earn points, having multiple accounts, or engaging in fraudulent activities. Response times may vary due to workload or other tasks at hand, but rest assured that they will review your case and let you know if your account can be reinstated and after that you can decide if you will create a new account. You can submit an appeal via the link below, please be guided that the form might be grayed out with your account and you will need to use a different account and let the relevant team know on what happened.
