problems with designer:distorted image

i m having troubles with microsoft designer. some of my projects look fine in the preview but are completley distorted after i open them! those are older projects that i m working on from time to time. made changes monday,everything was good,2 days later: disaster! same issue on different devices and with different browsers. customer support wasnt very helpful, they sent me of to this chat!

This looks like a server-side glitch where Microsoft Designer miscalculates your canvas layout upon opening, even though the preview thumbnail remains cached and correct.

To bypass the bug, try downloading or duplicating the project directly from the main dashboard without opening it. If you are already inside the editor, select a distorted element and nudge it with your keyboard arrow keys to force the canvas to redraw itself, or try opening the project in an incognito window to bypass cached layout errors.

Does this distortion affect your entire layout, or just specific text and images?
