Good evening,

Hope all is well.  Please check your records and advise how many microsoft accounts I am paying for.  I am supposed to be under a promotion where I am paying $1.99 a month for 3 months, but I keep getting a bill that I have to pay you $14.95. I am not sure what this bill means or why I am receiving several emails to pay for microsoft.  Please check all of my email addresses and advise if I have microsoft with each.

Please check your records to see how many microsoft accounts are under my email accounts above.  My name is [Moderator Note: Personal Info Removed], my maiden name is [Moderator Note: Personal Info Removed].  I only would like to have one account for business purposes.  I am not sure if you have me under business or personal.  Please advise the difference between the two, what is offered for both, and if I need to cancel any multiple services I am not authorizing to pay for.  Please advise to this matter asap, thank you and have a Blessed Evening.
