If I was to purchase a virtual machine reservation (three years) where do I add OS / Disks, I want to get a full price before I buy it.

@SpitefulG - If you purchase Azure VM reservation (Azure Hybrid Benefit) for 3 years, you can save overall cost of the VM which includes OS disk and OS license. If you would like to add additional disks to the VM, those would get charged additionally. To get rough estimate of overall cost Azure Calculator would be the best option to explore
Just to prevent potentially overcomplicating matters I would like to elaborate on this point. An Azure VM reservation is a commitment term for 1 or 3 years that allows you to obtain discounted pricing on the VM compute costs only (no licensing or persistent disk storage is included). Azure Hybrid Benefit is a licensing benefit that allows you to bring existing licensing to Azure if applicable (this is for licensing ONLY, e.g. Windows Server). The OS disk will always appear as an additional line item on your invoice with cost depending on the type of disk storage and capacity that you provision.

You can price up reservations on the pricing calculator also but note reservations only cover the compute cost of the virtual machine so you need to factor in any licensing and storage costs separately.
You will find managed disks under storage accounts in the calculator.
I get that, but it's my first time with azure, if I purchase the VPS where to I add the OS / Storage, will the VPS have settings with pricings to add them?
When you actually deploy a virtual machine it will have an OS disk but the pricing will depend on the disk type you choose (Standard HDD, Standard SSD, Premium SSD, Ultra SSD) and then the size will be based on the image you deploy. Usually for Windows images it's 128GB and for Linux based 32GB but it can vary.
For pricing, you would need to choose the virtual machine size that you intend to deploy and then price the desired OS disk type/size and add any required data disks separately. If you take a look at the pricing calculator you will see how it breaks out all the various prices for each component and you can look through the many options available.
