Express Route ARP Cache

Question

Hopefully simple questions that I really cannot find direct answers for:

1, How long does an Express Route cache it's ARP entries?

2, Is it safe to delete and re-create the Private Peering from within the portal/PowerShell?

@Michael Hale Thank you for your pateince while I was looking into this.

1. The default ARP cache timeout value is 20 minutes.
2. Regarding deleting and re-creating the circuit, I would suggest you to discuss this with your provider and do the same.
