I've successfully run the Percept DK on 12V 3A for extended periods of time on LiPo batteries. My use case is using 4S LiPo drone batteries connected to a buck converter taking voltage down from 14.4V to 12V.
Another option I've used is a Dell Powerbank Plus which is capable of 19.5V ~ 4.6A DC output.
