hi, What can I do to diagnose any and all issues I'm having with my pc? Info. that I could clearly explain to someone trying to help me fix it. Half my prob is not being able to explain the issue. Thank you in advance.
Do an internet search for "basic windows toubleshooting". There are many sites and video's that can help you.
i am currently running in safe mode because when started normally my desktop is just a blank grey screen. So my troubleshooting capabilities are limited. i jacked it all up
Did you do something that might have affected your video driver? You can try booting into "VGA mode"
If you recently installed some software, then you can try a clean boot.
