How to enable etl log generation in WHLK tests ?

I am debugging a WHLK issue, and looking into Wtl file.
Then, I want to know more detail about driver behaviors, but I can't find the ETL file that is similar with Traceview tool logs. ( It should be found like this link http://thewindowsupdate.com/2018/10/12/reading-driver-logs-in-usb-type-c-hlk-tests/ )

However, I have no etl files.
