How to migrate JD Edwards from on-prem to Azure

Question

Scenario 1:
I have JD Edwards Application with Oracle database running on-premise.
I am planning to move it t Azure and use SQL Server as database instead of Oracle.
I want my JD application to be on cloud as it is, the only thing that will be changed is database i.e. from Oracle to SQL Server.
Is there any tool available to migrate JD Edwards to Azure directly, if not what should be ideal approach. What steps should be taken to do same.

Scenario 2:
I have JD Edwards Application with Oracle database running on-premise. Can i just switch to SQL Server database from Oracle ????
If yes then how can i achieve same
