I have created a PostgreSQL database several times. The name is taken, so I know it exists somewhere. But it is not appearing in my resources. Where is it hiding? Am I being billed for it?

Hi @SteveBPP , welcome to Microsoft Q&A forum.

You can search for the resource created through many ways.

    1) By typing the name of resource in the search box at the top:

    2) By location the resource group and checking all the resources belonging to it:

3)By creating new PostgreSQL Server we can see the list of it:

Can you please once also check the activity log of your resource group to see if deployment succeeded? Just change the timespan to match the time when you created the server.
