For your scenario, I'd suggest that you could open a free support ticket to the store here: Contact Us. Choose to Contact us, select Dashboard for Topic and select Payout for issue type. The store team could check your history in the backend.
Besides, currently, Microsoft Q&A supports the products listed over here: supported topics (more to be added later on).
Your question about payout is not supported yet now. You could ask about this in Payouts and Reporting forum.
